Two weeks ago, my system went down due to a terrible rainstorm. Kyle got everything up and running within a few hours. My helper Renis and I just spent approximately an hour on the phone with Kyle. To say the least, I was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTED!!!! I felt that he had been trained to PERFECTION. Kyle was highly knowledgeable, worked rapidly, patient, calm, cool, collected and did everything perfectly. You should be very proud of how he has mastered and provided the client with the correct information in the best way possible.
